My Client Can't Log in

Overview 

If your client has changed devices or logged out, but cannot log back in for any reason we're here to help. If your client has never signed up and needs help learn more here 

 

Make Sure they are using the correct Email 

  • Enter the client profile 
  • Click Reset Password button in the upper right  
    • Clicking this button will not automatically reset their password, but show you their login information.

  • View the email address and confirm the client is spelling it exactly as it appears in the pop up
    • Note that the email address may be misspelled. You cannot correct this and the client will need to use the misspelled email address to get into their account.

Reset their Password 

  • Enter the client profile 
  • Click Reset Password button in the upper right  
    • Clicking this button will not automatically reset their password, but show you their login information.

  • Write in a new password to the text box in the pop up

  • Have your client log in with the existing email and password
