I cannot see my client's location

Overview 

If you are unable to see your client's location there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to understand why. 

 

Check the Location Map 

  • Navigate to the Client App Hub on the left side of the screen

  • Click the Location Map tab in this feature

  • View the Location Services column
    • If the column shows "On" by their name they are currently being tracked. Please reach out to Customers@OneStepSoftware.com or call 912.455.3639 if this is on but you cannot view the location information 
    • If the column shows "Unknown" by their name, they are not currently being tracked. This could be because their phone is off, they do not have service, or they have turned their location tracking off.

Have you Client turn their Location Tracking to Always On
