My client's app is moving slowly

Overview 

There could be a few reasons your client's app is moving a little slower than normal. We'll explore why in this guide 

 

The App needs to be Updated

  • Next to the Client's name on the Client Page, you'll see phone icons
  • If this icon is Red, the Client needs to update their app

The App needs to have Precise Location On 

  • In the App's Settings you'll want to turn on the Precise Location 
    • View how to manage location settings on iPhone 
    • View how to manage location settings on Android
