How to utilize Location Mapping via Client App

Overview 

A big feature of the One Step app is that you're able to not only let your clients check into events, but track their check ins and locations at all times. This way you're able to keep your clients honest and accountable. Note: This feature works best when clients have their location tracking set to Always in Use this way you will see their locations even when they are not checked into a meeting. 

 

How to use Location Mapping 

  • Navigate to Client App feature on the left side of the screen 
  • Click Location Map 
  • Click the client's initials that you want to take a closer look at

  • Click View Today's Visited Locations

  • Now you're able to view the locations this client has traveled to and from. 
    • The blue line indicates the path the client took 
    • The green dots indicate a check in through the app
