Check In Tab Filters
The Filters highlighted on below by the red box will give your team the ability to pinpoint the exact 'check in' information you are looking to review. You can filter by:
- Admitted Client vs. Discharged Clients (alumni) vs. All Clients
- Status Filter:
- Current - means a client is currently checked into this location, great to use when reviewing curfew check ins

- Approved - 'check ins' that are in good standing
- Rejected - 'check ins' that were rejected upon review because the address or the time frame checked into the location was insufficient or not approved
- Client Name Filter - pinpoint a specific client
- Kind of Check in
- Meeting - support meetings
- Other - can be used for work check ins etc.
- House - checking into their home for curfew
- Treatment - checking into a facility for treatment services
- Facility - will utilize the address of the facility the client is 'admitted to', can be used for curfew check in for sober living facilities
- Date Ranges - search easily how many meetings a client went to last week
Managing check in locations: Approving & Add, Approve, Reject
As your Clients start utilizing the 'check in' feature, you will want to verify check in address locations to confirm these locations are legit support meetings, as reported. Good thing is once you verify an address once, you won't have to do this again. Here is how the approval process works:
See below Adrian Florea's check in, which is currently in the 'pending' status.
- Approve & Add
- If you verify the check in address and it is a legit meeting location, and it's an address you'd like to have added to your 'approved meeting locations' list, then you will want to Approve & Add that check in. If a client checks into this location moving forward, you won't have to approve this address again.
- Approve
- If you verify the check in address and it is a legit meeting location, however you don't want this address added to your 'approved meeting locations' list, then you can choose the Approve option. This can be helpful for a client on a travel request who is checking into a meeting in another city or region.
- Reject
- If you pull up the check in address, and it's the mall or a random location, use the Reject option so that the address doesn't get added to your approved list, and the client does not get credit for a meeting attended.
- Edit Check In
- Click the blue button 'Edit Check In' to adjust any details on the check in:
