Back of House - Client App Overview

Overview 

The client app is one of One Step's most valuable tools. With our app you're able to have clients check into meetings, track their locations, and communicate with them through agenda items and messaging. It's your one stop shop for all your client management needs. 

 

Check Ins 

  • After navigating to the Client App section of your features, you'll come to rest in the Check Ins tab. This is where you're able to see all clients' check ins in one place. You can also use the drop downs at the top of the section to filter and find the exact information you want to see.

Form Submissions 

  • This section is where you'll be able to view all form submissions made through the app. This doesn't just show information for one form but all and for all clients. It also has filters at the top of the tab in the event you need to find specific information.

Goals 

  • This section, similar to Check Ins and Form Submissions, shows all Goals assigned to clients and their status. Here you're able to filter information to find what you're looking for or view the most recently completed and assigned goals.
