Overview
Shared Resources are exactly that; documents and links that you want your clients to have access to at all times. Be that link, document, or text you can create and manage resources so that the app becomes more of a tool for their every day.
How to Create a Shared Resources
- Navigate to the Client App feature on the left side of the screen
- Click Shared Resources
- Click New Shared Resource
- Enter in the title, description, and those who need access to the resource.
- Then select the content type
- Upload File is for things like PDFs, JPEGs, or Word Documents
- Link is for a website or form link. This could be used for a form or a link to an outside source. All you need is the URL
- Text is for just entering in typed text by you!
- Form allows you to pick a form from your Forms section so that it is always available for submissions by your clients
How to Edit/Delete a Shared Resources
- Navigate to the Client App feature on the left side of the screen
- Click Shared Resources
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the resource
- Make edits and click Update Resource or
- Delete the resource by clicking the red Delete Resource button at the bottom of the page
How to Manage One Step Resources
- Navigate to the Client App Hub feature on the left side of the screen
- Click Shared Resources
- Click One Step Resources
- These are resources One Step provides you that are commonly used in the industry. At any time you can remove them by clicking the Disable Resource
