If you are familiar with how the Forms Feature works, you know that the way the Form submissions are saved to the appropriate Client Profile is via the name of the client being spelled in the Form the same way it is spelled in their profile - thus the potential dilemma of clients with the same name, and how to manage that rare scenario.
Need to familiarize yourself with the Forms feature still? Review this guide article first: How to Manage Form Submissions
Let us say you have an admitted client named John Doe.
Today you have a new client that needs to be admitted and is also named John Doe. In order to avoid any issues, have the second John Doe's client profile be spelled: 'First name field: John' 'Last name field: Doe 2 '
You can use a number like I did in the example above, or you can use a middle name or second last name initial as well: 'First name field: John' 'Last name field: F. Doe':
For the second client that joins the program, such as John Doe 2 or John F. Doe from the example above, you will want to instruct them to ensure they spell their name the same way you have spelled it in their client profile - this way their form submissions will get auto-saved to the 'document tab' of their client profile.
Note: the 'Middle Name' field in a client profile or form does not trigger any activity regarding saving the form to the appropriate client profile.
