Overview
The Other tab is where One Step keeps your potential clients or leads. When a Lead Form or application is filled out, the software will create a profile for that person and add it to the Other tab on the Client Page. Here you'll be able to view their information and decide if you want to admit them into your organization or not.

How to Admit someone from the Other Tab
- Once you've been notified of a New Lead Form Submission, click into Other on the Client Page
- Navigate to the Profile of the person you need to manage by clicking on their name
- Click Edit in the upper right corner of the Profile.
- Blue text will now appear that will allow you to make changes to the information in the Client Profile.
- Click the blue Add Occupancy text underneath the Overview tab
- Add their future admission date and facility.
- Note: You do not have to list Estimated Length of Stay or Estimated Discharge Date. These fields are optional.
- Click Create
How to "Reject" someone from the Other Tab
- Once you've made the decision that a potential client isn't a good fit, you may want to archive the person's information.
- Navigate to the Profile of the person you need to manage by clicking into the Other tab on the Client Page and then clicking on their name.
- Click Edit in the upper right corner of the profile.
- If you want to Delete the profile...
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile and click the red Delete button
- Click Yes when the software asks if you are sure to remove this person from your One Step Account completely.
- If you want to Archive the profile...
- Click Add/Edit General Details above the tabs in the Client Profile.
- In the new pop up, click into the Category field and either create or use an existing Category to label the Profile as Archived or Rejected.
- Click Close, then Save
