How to Customize User Permissions

Overview

Users are staff members or users who you invite to use the software for your organization. You have the ability to edit their Access & Permissions to the software. For instance, some Users may have unlimited access while others is limited. An Admin position may have less permissions than your Director.

How to Customize User Permissions

  • Click Settings, then Users on the left hand side of the screen 
  • Click the name of the User you want to edit
  • At the bottom of the "General" tab you'll be asked to give the User a Role and what clients they should be able to see.
    *Note that choosing the Master role will allow this user to change permissions for all staff members
    **By selecting a role, certain permissions will be pre-selected in the Access & Permissions Tab, but can be changed

  • Click on the "Access & Permissions" tab at the top of the page to further customize your user
  • The first column will ask you for the type of actions your user will be able to complete in your account.
    *Note only a Master will be able to view "Process Payments", "Invite Users", and "Assign Permissions"

  • The second column will ask what features you want the user to have access to.
