How to Reset a Client App Password

Overview

In the One Step Recovery App, each client has an email and password that links their app login with their client profile. Only a Staff User has access to verify the client email and change th client's password. The steps below will show you how to access the Change Password button.

How to Reset a Client App Password

  • Navigate to the Client Page on the menu bar to the left
  • Select the client's profile
  • In the upper right corner, click the Change Password button

  • In the Change Password box, please verify the client user email within the brackets as that is what they will log in with
  • Enter a new password, and click Change Password (password must be at least 6 characters)
