A Sign Up Code link's the One Step Recovery App to the client profile. We provide another tutorial on "How to Generate Multiple Sign Up Codes at Once", to send to a bulk amount of client's.

How to Generate a Single Sign Up Code

• On the Client Page, click the name of the Client you wish send a sign up code

• Once in the Client Profile, click Generate Sign Up Code in the upper right corner

  • A pop up box will appear asking if you'd like to automatically add this client to the admitted group messages for the facilities they are currently admitted to. If yes, they will be added once they sign up via the Client App.
