How to Generate Multiple Sign Up Codes at Once

Overview

If you need to get multiple clients onto the One Step Recovery App at one time, using the mass generate sign up code button on the Client Page is the quickest way to go about it.

How to Generate Multiple Sign Up Codes

• For each person you are generating a sign up code for, they must have a Client Profile and a phone number in their profile. 
• On the Client page click the Generate Sign Up Codes button in the upper right corner. 

• On this page make sure to uncheck anyone you do not want receiving an SMS message with their sign up code and/or you do not want to be added to the Admitted Group Message for their assigned facility. 
• Pro Tip: Make sure anyone who does not have a phone number has the Generate a Sign Up Code check box unchecked to avoid any errors. 

• Once you've made your selections, click Generate Sign Up Codes in the bottom right corner.
