Overview
When a Client joins the One Step Recovery App the profile on their phone and the profile in your One Step Software account sync. The icon to the right of the Client's name shows the two profiles are linked. If there is no phone icon, the Client has not signed up using the Generated Sign Up Code.
Note: If the client is logging into the app, but they do not have a phone icon by their name, it is likely that they are signed into an old profile from a different organization. They will need to log out of the old profile and sign up using the new Sign Up Code you have generated through the Client Profile in your One Step Account.
When the Phone Icon is Red...
- If the phone icon beside the Client's name is red, this means their app is out of date.
- They can easily update their app by navigating to the App Store (Google Play or Apple) and searching for One Step Recovery.
When the Phone Icon is Blue...
- The Client is good to go! The app is up to date and ready to be used.
