How to Add and Edit Medications via the Client Profile

Overview 

If you keep track of the prescriptions that your clients are on, the Med Log in the client profile is for you! Here you're able to record information about these prescriptions and mark them as discontinued as your client lives in your facility. 

 

How to Add Medications to the client Profile

  • Navigate to the Client's profile 
  • Click on the Meds tab 
  • Go into edit mode by clicking the blue Edit button in the upper right corner of the profile
  • Now blue text should appear at the bottom of the screen that says Add Medication, click here

  • Enter the Medication's information you may skip the following fields 
    • Discontinued at date
    • Pill Count

  • Sign the bottom of the medication log
  • Click the blue Create button in the lower right corner of the pop up

How to Edit a Medication in a Client's Profile

  • Navigate to the Client's profile 
  • Click on the Meds tab 
  • Go into edit mode by clicking the blue Edit button in the upper right corner of the profile
  • Now blue text should appear next to the medications, click Edit beside the one you're making changes to
