Overview
If you keep track of your client's medications and whether or not they have been taken, the Med Log feature is where you can do that. You'll be able to note when they were they were given to the client, if they were accepted and fill refills!
How to log Medication Hand-outs via Med Log
- Navigate to the Med Log tab on the left side of the screen
- Click New Log Entry in the upper right corner
- Select the client
- Select the medication buttons in blue above the blank fields to auto-populate the information below
- Choose the status of the medication
- Have a staff member and the client sign off
- Click the blue Submit button at the bottom of the page
How to View and Delete Med Log Entrys
- Navigate to the Med Log tab on the left side of the screen
- Click the name of the medication to access the log
- Click the red Delete Entry button to delete the Med Log Entry
How to Refill Medications
- Navigate to the Client's profile
- Click on the Meds tab
- Go into edit mode by clicking the blue Edit button in the upper right corner of the profile
- Now blue text should appear next to the medications, click Refill beside the one you're making changes to
