1. Login to iQ
2. Locate the Administration Tab, then click on User Administration
3. Locate the active User under “Users” and then click view
4. Once the User Profile has been pulled up, locate the last tab named “Alert Preferences”
5. Click the little pencil icon on the right hand side to “Edit”
6. Under Current Alerts select the box under EMAIL next to Chargebacks
7. This will set up chargeback notifications via email to the email address associated with the user account
8. The email address on file for the user is located under the General Information Tab under Email Address
