Overview
There are some cases where you may need to create a one time invoice for a move in or admin fee. Creating an invoice is quick and easy!
- Enter the Client Profile on the Client page by clicking on the Client's name in blue
- Click the Payment tab in the Client Profile
- Click New in the upper right corner of the Payment tab
- Choose the Billing Facility (if applicable), title of the invoice, amount due, and select Single.
- If you are going to charge a payment source on file, say Yes to question four, then choose the payment source
- If you are not charging a payment source, answer No to question four and answer if the client has already paid you.
- If the client has paid already, choose how it was paid and if you need to sent the receipt.
- If the client has not already paid, choose when the payment is due by and whether you want to send an invoice and/or receipt.
