Overview
If an invoice is paid by cash, check, or other payment outside of the One Step payment processor, you'll need to mark the invoice as paid manually.
- Enter the Client Profile from the client page by clicking on the client's name in blue
- Enter the Payment Tab in the Client Profile
- Click Make Payment on the left side of the invoice
- If you are using the available funds to pay the invoice, you'll need to have the exact amount of the invoice or more in the Available Funds
