Now that you are processing payments in your One Step account via the Pay Simple integration, make sure you are notified of any transaction disputes from your client's who are set up with credit card payments. You can set up email and/or text notifications for when a client does a chargeback dispute of an invoice.

To set up your 'disputed transaction' notifications for credit card processing follow the 4 simple steps below. First, log into your IQ account:

 

To update system notifications in My User Profile:

1. To access your user profile, click on the green silhouette at the upper right of any iQ screen, and then on Hello [your name] under that.

2. You'll arrive at your user profile.

3. Click the Preferences tab.

4. From this screen, you can choose the type and delivery method (text, email, on-screen) of notifications. Select the checkbox next to the alert you'd like to receive, then click the Update Preferences button.
