Overview 

Knowing what's going on in your organization is critical. This article will walk you through how to control the notifications you get for any and everything happening in your One Step Account.

How to Mange your Notifications 

  • To access your notifications and their settings, click the Grey Bell in the top right corner of your screen 
  • If you see a number in red beside it, these are the number of notifications you have.

  • In your Inbox, you'll see all of your unread notifications. To mark a notifications as read, click on it, or click the blue Mark All as Read button in the upper right corner. 
  • In your Seen, this will be all of the notifications you have read or marked as read over time. 
  • Note that there is a Filter at the top of the list of notifications so that you can sort through them by feature. 
  • To control how many notifications you get and in what format, access the Notification Settings on the left hand side of the screen.

  • Here you'll be able to go feature by feature and choose how many notifications you get and the delivery method. 
  • Once you've chosen how many and what type of notifications you'll get, click the blue Save Settings button in the bottom right corner.
