Overview
If your client is receiving an error or having issues signing up with the One Step Recovery app, this guide will walk you through reasons and the fixes for them
The email has been used before
- If the client has used their email to sign up at another organization that used One Step, they will not be able to use it again.
- The fix for this is to use a slightly different email address to sign up with your organization
- Ex: Client@Gmail.com becomes Client1@Gmail.com
- The email address does not have to be real or valid, we will never email your clients.
The Introduction is stuck on the Location Settings Page
- If your clients are getting stuck on the page where they choose their location services and look similar to the following screenshot
- This is because the font size on the device is too large. Have your client lower the font size, and finish the introduction.
- They will be able to raise their font size back up afterwards.
