How Surveys Work: A Summary

Created by One Step Support, Modified on Thu, 1 May at 5:07 PM by One Step Support

Surveys are used to track results to a questionnaire over time. Typically clinical in nature, surveys ask questions that can be answered on a scale (ex: 1 to 5, 1 to 10) to monitor the quality of life or services that clients experienced.

While One Step has standard surveys such as the Recovery Capital Scale, GAD7, BARC-10, etc we can always create a custom survey based on your organization's needs. Please reach out to Customers@OneStepSoftware.com for more information on custom surveys.

Surveys work very similar to forms. When created or added to the account, each survey will have a link to the right of the name under the Form and Surveys Feature. You can send this link via text or email. You can also send the survey to your clients through the One Step Recovery App via Form Request. Learn more here

The main difference between surveys and forms is that once a survey submission is completed, you'll begin to see the results graphed in the client profile:

And in the Outcomes section of your software:

Here you'll be able to monitor the changes in your results and even view individual results. Learn more here
