How to Review an Agenda item

Overview: 

Once a goal or survey request has been completed, if you've assigned a staff member to the task they'll need to review the item. This tutorial will walk you through the review process. 

 

Reviewing Agenda Items

If you are a team member select the item you want to review from the list

If you are a team leader select a staff member to view their pending review items, and select the item you wish to view

•Here you’ll able to see those who’s Events/Goals/Surveys/Forms are still in progress or completed

•You can remove individuals from the agenda item by clicking the blue “Edit” button in the upper right corner, then clicking the red “Remove” button by their name

•After Reviewing the item, at the bottom of the page you are able to leave a note before clicking the blue “Submit Review” button in the bottom right hand corner
