Overview
One Step's Agenda offers many useful tools to organize Users and Client calendars. You have the ability to create single & recurring Agenda items. You can also delete Agenda items you have created.
How to Delete an Agenda Item
- Navigate to the Agenda on the menu bar to the left
- Select who you are deleting the Agenda item for: Staff, Client, or Groups
Example 1: Groups
- Select the Group you wish to delete the Agenda item for on the left hand side
- Select the Agenda item you wish to delete
- *Be sure you have the correct date at the top center of the screen*
- You can also filter the view of your Agenda by Week and Month
- Select the Agenda Item you wish to Delete
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Event page details to see the Delete options
- Select which applies to you:
Delete only this event will delete only this event.
Delete all future events will delete only this and all future events in this series.
Delete all events will delete all events in this series.
*When deleting Agenda items for Staff and Clients, you will follow the same steps, but you will choose the individual from the tabs.
