Overview
One Step's Agenda offers many useful tools to organize Users and Client calendars. The Drug Test Request feature, located within the Agenda, allows you to send Drug Test Request's to your clients.
In the One Step Recovery App, Drug Test Request will be displayed in the Agenda button located on the home page. They will also receive a pop up notification in the App when an Agenda item is assigned. Clients can see when tasks are due as well as complete them from the home page of the app with ease.
How to Create a One Time Drug Test Request
- Navigate to the Agenda on the menu bar to the left
- Click Add to Agenda, the blue button on the right
- Select who you are creating the Drug Test Request for
•Single client: you are creating an item for an individual client
•Group of clients: you are creating an item for a group of clients such as, an entire facility’s clientele
How to Create a One Time Drug Test Request for a Single Client
- Select the single client & click the blue Next button
- Next, select Drug Test Request
- Next, you will fill out the Drug Test Request information you are creating
- Drug Test Request:
•Enter Title, Description & if it's recurring
•Select when you would like the Drug Test Request to be due & the time
•Enter the date you would like the client to be notified the Drug Test Request has been assigned & times. If you have selected “Yes” for the event to recur, click the “Set Schedule” drop down to choose the frequency of the recurring event
•Assign a Staff member to be notified & have the ability to check back on the client to ensure the Drug Test Request is completed

- Once you have filled out the information, double check your work and click the blue Drug Test Request button in the bottom right corner
