How Forms Work: A Summary

When a form is digitized in One Step, a link is created. This link can then be sent to organizations that refer clients to you, to potential or current clients themselves, or added to your website. 

Once clicked on, it will open a form to be filled out. Depending on the type of form it is, it could create a brand new client profile or add information to an existing one.

Forms are used for a whole host of reasons from applications to release of information to overnight pass requests. They are here to replace the paper work in your organization that easily become lost or take up too much space. By using our automated digital forms, you save yourself time, space, and the headache of manually filing them. 

 

Through the Agenda feature you'll be able to schedule form requests so your clients will see they need to fill out forms by a specific time and date. Learn more here
