The Admitted Group Message feature in One Step allows all admitted residents and staff members at a facility to communicate seamlessly through the app and software. By default, residents can directly message each other and the staff in the facility. To enable the Admitted Group Message, a staff member simply activates it in Settings > Facility and can add other staff to the conversation as needed. Next, see How to Add Someone to a Group Message

- Enter Messages on the left hand side of the screen
- Click the Plus button on the upper left of the feature.
- Click Activate for the facilities you want to activate the admitted group message for.
- Remember to click the blue i in the upper right corner of the group message to invite other staff members
- Only admitted clients that have signed up to use the One Step Recovery App will be able to be added to and interact with the Message feature.
