In times when you need to send a message to only a few people we have the ability for you to create a custom message group. Whether you are including a couple of clients, staff members, or a combination.

- Click into the Message feature on the left side of the screen
- Click the New button on the left side of the feature
- Under Recipients, choose the names of the staff or clients you want to add into the conversation
- Write your message out and click Send
