When you need to send a message, but don't want those receiving the message to see who else it was sent to. Or if you don't want to receive any replies from those you're messaging the Read Only feature is the way to go!

- Click into the Message feature on the left side of the screen
- Click the New button on the left side of the feature
- Under Recipients, choose the names of the staff or clients you want to add into the conversation
- Check the Read Only check box
- Write your message out and click Send
