Overview
There are a couple of different ways to get your clients onto your One Step Account. The most common and quickest is the Admit button located in the upper right corner of the Client Page. Digital forms can also be used to admit clients into your organization. Click here to find out more about managing leads or admitting clients through forms.
How to Admit a New Client
- On the Client Page click the blue Admit button in the upper right corner.
- Fill out the information you have for the client.
Note: It is required to have their first and last name as well as occupancy information. - Click Create Client in the bottom right corner
- A Profile will now appear under the Admitted tab for you to add more information to if needed.
