There will be times you need to remove people from a group conversation whether they are staff or clients, and you can do so with a few easy clicks.

- Click into the Messages Feature on the left hand side of the screen
- Click onto the conversation you need to manage
- Click the blue i in the upper right corner
- Click the red remove text to the right of the name of the person you want to remove
