How to add Rooms & Beds to a Facility

Overview 

To be able to assign your clients to a Room and Bed in One Step you'll need to have the information entered into the account. Once the Bed Map information is entered into a facility you'll not only be able to fill your beds, but it'll be easier than ever to keep up with vacancies for incoming clients! 

How to

• Select Facilities from under Settings on the left side of the screen. 

• Next choose whether you're creating a new facility in your account by clicking Add Facility or editing an already existing one using the pencil icon. 

• From here you're able to then enter in Room and Bed numbers, clicking Add Bed when you need to create an additional entry. 
• Click Create Group once you're done.
