How to Edit or Delete a Referral Source

Overview 

If a referral source changes their contact information or you need to remove a referral source from your account, you'll need to manage those sources in your CRM.

How to Edit a Referral Source 

• Click into the the CRM on the left side of the screen 

• Click the name of the Referral Source in blue 

• Make any changes to the referral source and click Update Referral 

How to Delete a Referral Source

• Click into the the CRM on the left side of the screen 

• Click the name of the Referral Source in blue 

• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red Delete button
